Prince Victor Adeyokunu was buried in grand style at ilesa

Prince Victor Adeyokunu Adegbolahan was born on 29th June 1940 into the family of  Prince Adejuwon Adeyokunu and Olori Ibidunni Adeyokunu  nee Akintokun of ilesa in the state of Osun Both of blessed memories.

He blessed with twins in three differences time with one Idowu to make it seven children .

 The burial celebrations started from osun state general hospital ilesa where his body was kept since 16th of February 2023when he he was called to glory , his body was processed with motorcade  to his parent home and later to his house where his body was laid in state in his sitting room. 

The wake-keep where lead by Vicar with all the members of the Anglican church of Nigeria at exactly 4pm prompt at the front his home.

The body was later taken to Christ The Savior's  Anglican Church CAPPA, ilesa, Osun State  celebrated and conducted by Venerable Moses Olasoji the Vicar Archdeacon was assisted by Venerable I.A Akinseye of  and some other visiting Priest from Lagos who are Colleagues one of the son in law Venerable Oloju who is also Working in Lagos.
Royalty Hall hosted Thousands of dignitaries from all the part of the world.

Godswill Akpabio from Akwa Ibom, has floor his only rival, Yari from Zamfara State.

  Godswill Akpabio from Akwa Ibom, has defeated his only rival, Abdulaziz Yari from Zamfara State. Before the contest, Senator Mohammed Ali Ndume had nominated Akpabio, while Senator Elisha Abbo nominated Yari. Yari’s nomination, however, did not go down well with Senator Tahir Mungono, who noted that Yari’s nomination was unconstitutional. Mungono’s stance however led to a rowdy session before the Clerk of the Senate, Chinedu Akubueze, who presided over the session, ruled the Borno lawmaker out of order, saying he will only rely on Order 3 of the Senate Standing Rules to elect the President of the Senate.
